7th date, Dallin!

This was a very pleasant evening and a wonderful date! This date was twice as awesome because my sister and her husband are in town for the weekend so we started our date with a double date!  My brother-in-law is something of a unique game collector, so we played Hanabi.  It’s a card game where you work as a team to build firework displays.  I found plenty of ways to creatively embellish the rules. 😉  It was a fun game and great to spend some time with them!  It says a lot about a guy who is willing to arrange his plans around some family time!

For dinner, Dallin packed a pick-nick, so after the game the two of us headed to Cinnamon Ridge Park, put out a blanket, sat in the grass and ate our dinner.  He brought PB&J, fruit and string cheese, totally perfect. 🙂

We sat on the blanket and talked for quite a while.  I mentioned that I’ve been spending a lot of time on this 29 dates venture so things like getting groceries have fallen through the cracks.  So he volunteered to go grocery shopping with me tonight.  How awesome is he‽  This was exactly what I needed and super thoughtful.  We went to Fresh and Easy which is where I get pretty much all of my groceries, I live off of the pre-made meals these days.  I can now cross off “avoid starving” from my weekly to-do list.

Some great things to know about Dallin.  He is genuine and wonderful to talk to.  He makes me laugh, a lot.  He is patient and relaxed and easy going.  His family is super important to him and he makes them a big priority in his life.    He is kindhearted and true to himself and his faith.  Thanks for being such a great date, Dallin! 🙂

Available for the date to Rome: Possibly
